Effects of metabolic energy intervention on lipid content and liver transcriptome in finisher yellow-feathered chickens

چکیده
High-energy diets improve growth rates and shorten the period while resulting in excessive fat deposition liver of birds. The effect different energy on lipid content transcriptome finisher Huxu chickens was examined here. A total 200 90-d-old with an average BW 1.08 kg were randomly divided into two dietary treatments. birds fed either containing 12.06 MJ ME/kg (low metabolic energy, LME) or 13.31 (high HME) for 45 days. Chickens HME diet had significantly higher triglyceride cholesterol concentrations both plasma than did those LME diet. Transcriptomic profiling showed 480 known differentially expressed genes (DEG), 180 down-regulated 300 up-regulated from compared Notably, these mostly enriched metabolism including PPAR signalling pathway, fatty acid elongation, glycerophospholipid metabolism. relative mRNA expression level 14 metabolism-related genes, included 13 (MBOAT2, PLA2G2E, AGPAT2, AGPAT3, PCYT2, PEMT, ELOVL2, HADHA, ACOT1L, FABP3, FABP1, PLIN1, RXRG) one (LCAT) gene. In conclusion, present findings indicate that a high-energy likely regulates gene through accumulation chickens. These results provide better understanding biological mechanisms by which increased induces liver.HighlightsA without change protein induced chickens.Chickens liver. This study comprehensive profile hepatic high energy.

In a 42-d experiment, 576 one-day-old Vencobb 308 broiler chicks were used to investigate the effects of lecithin extract (0.5 g/kg), choline chloride 60% (1 g/kg) and Bio choline (1 g/kg) in diets of moderate and high energy in a 4 × 2 factorial arrangement on performance and certain physiological traits in broiler chickens. The inclusion of Bio choline and lecithin extract in the diet signifi...

The present study was carried out to examine the effects of a vitamin premix (VP) reduction or withdrawal from finisher diet (29-43 days) on performance, immuno-competence, and characteristics of leg bones and meat lipid oxidation of chickens fed on corn-soybean meal based diet. A total of 900 male broiler chickens (Ross 308) were allocated to five treatment groups (0, 33%, 66%, 100% and 133% V...
